1. How often should I work with a personal trainer?
This really depends on your schedule and your fitness goals. For best results, I'd recommend 2-3 times a week.
2. Do I need to be in good shape before I start with a personal trainer?
Nope! In fact, I love working with beginners!
3. What should I eat before a workout?
This also depends on you and what you prefer. But I'd recommend a snack with carbs & protein for energy. Try not to eat a full meal right before a session.
4. What should I bring to a session?
For an in-person session, you can bring a water bottle and a hair tie to put your hair up. You can bring a change of clothes if you'd like to change after the workout.
For an online session, please have all your equipment nearby before we start. Have a baseball, softball or tennis ball as well for release techniques.
5. What type of equipment do I need at home?
If you're doing workouts from home, I recommend having 3 sets of dumbbells, light, heavy and medium. Small loop resistance bands, light, medium and heavy. A longer resistance band. And a baseball, softball or tennis ball.
6. What type of payment do you accept?
Credit & debit cards, direct debit through Square.
7. Can I cancel my training session?
Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a training session. I understand things come up and I don't mind rescheduling, but please be respectful. Your sessions expire 90 days after purchase.
