1. What is the Build with Bekah Program?
A monthly workout subscription with group coaching.  

2. What is included in the program?
5 planned workouts per week, video library with follow-along workouts and videos explaining exercises and form, private Facebook group, communication access to Bekah your trainer, accountability, community of ladies all striving for consistency instead of perfection.

3. Who is the program for?
Ladies who feel like they are paralyzed by all the information and don’t know where to start on their fitness journey. This program is great for beginners, or women who’ve tried programs that were too intense or not personalized, or who need accountability.

4, How do I pay?
Sign up for the subscription online with a credit card or direct debit. The subscription auto renews each month until canceled.

5. How is this program more personal than others?
I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” program. You will receive a welcome guide, nutrition guide and personal link to your app upon sign up which gives you the information needed to start. I give you lots of guidance within the group on how to modify, switch out an exercise, do less or more depending on your fitness level, and coach you on how to have a healthy mindset of fitness striving for consistency instead of perfection. I want to help you make this program the right fit for you. That will look different for everyone.

6. Does the program come with a meal plan?
No, I am not a nutritionist and cannot lay out exactly what foods you should eat in a day. I do give you suggestions on how to find your maintenance calories and what to do from there.
I can absolutely give you more guidance. We can figure out your estimated maintenance calories together and chat about your goals, then find a starting calorie range for you to eat daily. Then we’ll adjust based on your feedback. This is an additional perk of the Pro subscription.


7. What is the periodization?
The main goal for this program is fat loss. But to succeed in this we will switch our routine every 4 weeks. 4 weeks of endurance training (weight training with higher reps, less rest between sets) and 4 weeks of strength training (weight training with a little less reps, a little more rest in between sets)

8. What is the weekly split?
This will change per month. There will always be an upper body, lower body, full body & cardio. 

9. What kind of equipment do I need?
This program can be done at home or at a gym. You will need at least 3 sets of dumbbells, light, medium and heavy. Long loop resistance bands and small loop resistance bands. I'll link some from Amazon that have good reviews and are a good deal. I am an Amazon associate and will receive a small commission.
